WHO WE ARE?

A friendly group of women and men social drinkers with a running problem. Everyone is welcome to join us!

WHY?

WHAT DO I DO?

Turn up at the start location and look for runners. We'll introduce you to the group and explain how the runs work. On your first run, we'll assign a buddy to look after you! Feel free to bring a bag with street clothes etc. Someone watches all the bags while we run.

HOW FAR AND FAST DO YOU RUN?

Runs are usually 6.9km, and our group has walkers as well as runners who run anywhere between 5 and 8 minutes per km.

We are a social bunch of folk who have fun and welcome anyone else who would like to join us, be it on a regular basis or just visiting.

Visitors are most welcome. Contact us with any questions!
