1. This event is strictly for 18+ year olds only. We drink, we cuss, we get naughty. We are adults.
2. All of our events involve running, walking and drinking, lots of drinking, that may cause injury – you participate at your own risk.
3. Images and videos may be captured during our events. By participating in our events, you agree that photos & videos of you may be published online: on our private group Facebook page, our Flickr page, any Instagram account or other media and publicity material.

WHY?
To promote physical fitness among our members
To acquire a good thirst and to satisfy it in beer
To persuade the older members that they are not as old as they feel
WHAT DO I DO?
Turn up at the start location and look for runners. We'll introduce you to the group and explain how the runs work. On your first run, we'll assign a buddy to look after you! Feel free to bring a bag with street clothes etc. Someone watches all the bags while we run.
HOW FAR AND FAST DO YOU RUN?
Runs are usually 6.9km, and our group has walkers as well as runners who run anywhere between 5 and 8 minutes per km.
We are a social bunch of folk who have fun and welcome anyone else who would like to join us, be it on a regular basis or just visiting.
Visitors are most welcome. Contact us with any questions!
